Why it's better than an embedded widget

An embedded widget lives inside your site as a frame from another web address, and modern browsers make that harder every year: sign-ins that don't "stick," a real member who looks logged-out, third-party-cookie blocking. Serving the portal first-party on your own domain removes the root cause instead of working around it. Members book courts, join open play, register for events, manage their membership and account, all at your address, all signed in normally.

It wears your club's brand

Everything on your domain is yours. The sign-in and create-account pages show your club's logo, name, and colors, not ours. The portal home is public, so a visitor can look around (courts, open play, coaching, events) and only sees a sign-in when they choose to sign in or go to book. Even the forgot-password flow is branded end to end. There's no Picklebeast chrome anywhere on your domain.

Setup is a guided wizard, and it's hands-off after that

Pick your web address (we recommend putting portal. in front of a domain you already own, so your main website is untouched), confirm you're authorized to use it, and add the two DNS records we show you at your registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, any of them). From there it's automatic: we verify your domain, issue and auto-renew the security certificate, and take it live on their own, usually within minutes. No back-and-forth, no waiting on us.

Change your domain any time, safely

Want to switch to a different address later? Open Change domain, enter the new one, and press save. Nothing changes until you save, your current domain keeps working the whole time you're editing, and if anything's wrong with the new one your live domain is never touched. You're always in control, and you can turn the whole thing off and fall back to the standard portal whenever you like.

Availability

Advanced Web Integration is available on Elite (or as an add-on), and requires a domain you own. The simpler embedded widget stays available on every plan, unchanged, if that's all you need.
