Sales tax and card fees, your call
Flip on sales tax and the invoice adds it using your club's configured rates. Flip on pass the card fee and the processing fee shows as its own line so the recipient covers it, not you. Both are optional and off unless you choose them, both are shown clearly on the pay page and the emailed invoice, and the total the recipient sees is exactly what they are charged.
The money lands with you
The recipient pays online from a secure link, and the funds go straight into your own connected account with no platform commission on the payment. Track each invoice as it moves from draft to sent to paid, take a partial payment when someone pays a deposit, and refund from the same place if you need to.
