When a client booked their own lesson they paid, but when a coach signed a client up, that client was never prompted to pay and no charge was created, so they quietly owed you and nobody knew. Now a coach-added client is prompted to pay just like a self-booking client, and lessons work like the rest of your club: pay to confirm.

The client always gets a way to pay

The moment a coach adds a client to a paid lesson, the client gets a message with a secure link to a branded pay page. They can pay and confirm their spot without the app and without an account, so a client who was signed up at the desk still gets a clean way to pay. The prompt reaches them by push if they have the app, and by email either way.

Coaches and the front desk collect right from the lesson

• Take a card in person at the front desk to confirm the lesson on the spot.
• Mark it comped for a free or promotional lesson, and it confirms at no charge.
• Charge a member's card on file when you have one, for a member of your club.
• Send a pay link to any client who owes, straight to a page they can pay on.

Every one of these is gated to staff who can process payments, so a role without that permission cannot charge a card.

Fair, and safe with money

A private lesson holds no court or coach time until it is paid, so first to pay wins and nobody blocks a slot they never paid for. If two people race for the same slot, the one who loses is refunded automatically. The amount a client is charged always matches what they are shown, including any member discount, and the charge is server-computed so it can never be tampered with.

Clean up anything already owed

A simple owed lessons list shows every confirmed lesson that still owes payment, so you can email a pay link or mark it comped, one row at a time, and clear the backlog without chasing anyone.
