Loyalty Programs
Three program types to match how your club rewards customers:
Points
Earn points per dollar spent. Redeem for dollar discounts at checkout. Configurable earn rate and redemption value.
Punch Card
Digital punch card. Buy 10, get a reward. Progress tracked automatically. No physical cards to lose.
Tiered
Bronze, Silver, Gold — higher tiers earn points faster with earn multipliers. Tiers based on lifetime points.
Membership gating: Restrict loyalty programs to specific membership types. Only your VIP or Premium members get rewards — perfect for driving membership upgrades.
Commission Tracking
Track staff sales performance with a three-tier rate hierarchy. Product-level rates take priority, then staff-level, then club default. Commissions are calculated automatically on every sale and reversed proportionally on refunds.
The commission report shows total sales, commission earned, and effective rate per staff member — filterable by date range and individual staff.
Availability
POS is available on Pro and Elite plans. Loyalty programs are gated to Pro+ with the pos_loyalty feature flag.
All features work with existing Stripe Connect payment infrastructure, including card, cash, and terminal payments.
