SKU Labeling & Barcode Tags

Give every product and variant a scannable code, design your own naming format, and print the tags straight from a purchase order the moment you receive it.

A SKU for every variant

Products and each variant (size, color, and so on) carry their own SKU, the code your scanner reads. Assign missing ones automatically or type your own; yours are never overwritten.

Your naming format

Build a code from a row of dropdown boxes, read left to right: store code, year, category, brand, product name, size/color, or a number. A live sample updates as you go.

Starter presets

Pick a preset like "Store, Brand, Product" to fill a working format in one click, then tweak it. Add abbreviations so long names become short codes, or let auto-shorten handle it.

Scannable labels

Print Code 128 shelf and price labels for the products and variants you pick, in a different quantity per SKU. Scan one on your register before running the full sheet.

Tag as you receive

On a purchase order, mark items received and print the tags in the same pass, each line in its received quantity so the tags match the box in front of you.

Never a blank tag

Any product or variant missing a SKU is filled in automatically before the sheet prints, so receiving, counting, and tagging fold into one clean pass.

Receiving, counting, and tagging in one pass

The old way splits three chores across three screens: receive on one, count on another, tag on a third. Here they collapse. When a shipment arrives you mark each line received, then click Print labels and the tags come out in the exact quantities you received, so you check them off against the physical box and a short or over shipment is obvious at a glance.

Before you have received anything, the same button prints the ordered quantities, so you can pre-print tags and apply them as the box is unpacked. A variant line always prints the variant's SKU, the one that actually gets scanned and counted.
