Sign the paperwork at the front desk, then play
Someone walks in, buys a membership at the desk, and needs to sign your club's documents before they play. Now they can do it right there, in seconds, and the signed documents attach to the account you just created.
Add the member, take the payment, collect the signatures
Add the walk-in the way you already do (name, email, membership tier, tap to pay), then a Collect documents panel appears right on their profile listing everything they still owe, like your membership agreement and liability waiver. Pick how they sign, and you are done.
Sign on the front-desk tablet
Send the documents straight to a paired tablet at your desk. The member reads each one and signs with a finger, and the signature attaches to their new account even though they never logged in to the tablet. When there is more than one document, it walks them through each in turn, then confirms they are all set.
- Turn on any front-desk screen as a signing station with one toggle.
- Watch the status live from the member's profile: waiting, signing, then complete.
- The tablet wears your club's brand colors.
No tablet? Send a link or show a QR code
If there is no tablet handy, show a QR code the member scans with their own phone, or send a secure link in their welcome email. Either one opens a no-login page where they sign the documents and set their password, so they can say "check your email, tap the link, sign, and you're in."
Built for trust
Every signature is a real, audited record tied to the correct member, and it uses the same signing engine as the rest of Picklebeast. This is a convenient front door to signing, never a change to what your club requires. If a walk-in does not finish at the desk, your normal booking rules still ask for the documents the first time they book.
