A QR at the front desk. No app needed.
Print one poster. A walk-in scans it with their own phone and books and pays for a court, open play, or an event — signs your waiver, gets a check-in code, and never touches your staff or downloads a thing.
How it works
- You print one poster. Club Admin → Access → Public Booking → Open printable poster. Or download the raw QR as PNG, SVG, or PDF and put it on your own flyer, TV, or website.
- A walk-in scans it with their phone's camera. No app, no account.
- They pick what to do — book a court, join open play, or sign up for an event — and enter their name and email.
- They pay their own card in full, right there, for whatever you've priced.
- They sign your waiver on their phone (typed signature, just like anyone else who signs).
- They get a check-in QR on screen and by email. Present it at the desk and you scan them in.
Nothing new to buy or set up
The kiosk rides your existing public booking + Stripe setup — the same charge path, tax, and payouts you already use. Turn each surface on for guests with a single toggle (court / open play / events), and every one still stays behind your Stripe connection. If a surface is off, it simply doesn't appear.
Built for a stranger standing at a desk
- One decision per screen, big tap targets, no marketing — they're deciding whether to bother, fast.
- The waiver is signed before they're booked; the money is charged in full up front.
- Adults only in v1 — an 18+ confirmation on their own phone.
- Scans from the poster are tracked, so you can see how many walk-ins it brings in.
Included with public booking — no add-on. Requires Stripe connected.
