Better waitlist management with longer claim windows and configurable registration cutoffs. These improvements make the waitlist experience smoother for both players and organizers.

Why This Matters

A five-minute claim window wasn't enough — players would see the notification, open the app, and find the offer already expired. Doubling the window to ten minutes and adding automatic fallback to the next person in line means more spots get filled and fewer players feel they missed out. Combined with configurable registration cutoffs, clubs have full control over their event capacity management.
