About This Event

Welcome to the 4th Annual Pickleball Tournament at Princeville Makai Golf Club. We are extremely excited about this year's tournament.

Format & Rules

Tournament Format:

Bracket type and seeding will be determined based on registrations

All matches follow USA Pickleball rules

Round Robin Games to 15 points, win by 2

If at the end of the round robin, teams are tied, tie breaker will be as follows:

Games won

Points won

Head to head

Point differential

At the conclusion of the round robin, play-offs will be held where the 1st place team plays the 4th place team and the 2nd place team plays the 3rd place team. Winners from the play-offs will continue on to the gold/silver match and the losers will continue on to the bronze/4th place match.

Brackets with 8 or more teams will be broken into 2 pools. Play-offs will be held with the top 2 teams from each pool. Winners from the play-offs will continue on to the gold/silver match and the losers will continue on to the bronze/4th place match.

Players must check in 30 minutes before their first match

The Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format of play based on participation or weather conditions. In the event of weather circumstances, every effort will be made to complete all matches. However, due to unpredictable weather conditions adjustments and/or cancellations are possible. There is no provision for indoor play or a makeup day beyond the announced tournament schedule. There will be no refunds if the tournament is impacted by inclement weather.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Cancellation on or before November 4, 2026: 100% refund of the registration fee, less any non-refundable processing or transaction fees.

Cancellation from November 5 through November 19, 2026: 50% refund of the registration fee.

Cancellation on or after November 20, 2026: No refund.

Transfers to another player are allowed up to 24 hours before the event. Contact the organizer to arrange a transfer.
