Charge Several Players in One Payment

Two people walk up to your desk and one of them says they are getting both. That used to be two transactions and two receipts, often with the same card handed over twice. Now you tick who is paying for whom and charge once. This update is designed for clubs and players who want a better the platform experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

• Everyone who still owes starts ticked, with a running total at the top of the drawer
• Untick anyone who is not part of this payment and the total follows
• The number on the button is exactly what the card is charged
• A member and a guest paying together are each charged their own rate
• Everyone keeps their own line, so you can refund one person without touching the others
• Invited players who have not accepted are left out, since there is no spot to collect for yet
• If someone comps or discounts a row while the bar is open, you are shown the new total
• A declined card charges nobody and leaves everyone on the session
• A payment that cannot be confirmed tells you not to run it again on that card
• One player is still collected with the dollar-sign button on their row, exactly as before
