See Every Comp Your Team Has Given

A member turns up to a paid class and somebody comped them in, and nobody can say who or why. Every court and class series your team gives away is now recorded as it happens, on one page with who received it, who gave it, who approved it, and why. This update is designed for clubs and players who want a better the platform experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

• Click a member name to narrow the whole report to that person
• Filters combine, so one staffer on courts last month is a single step
• The total at the top follows whatever you have filtered to
• A comp a manager approved shows quietly, one somebody gave themselves is marked
• A cancelled comp stops counting toward the total, and the record that it happened is kept
• Comps before September 2026 say no reason was recorded, rather than showing a blank
• A whole-booking comp names the person who booked, since the court may have been shared
• Event and lesson comps are not counted here yet, with a link to the report that spans more

Why This Matters

See Every Comp Your Team Has Given addresses a real need for clubs and players. A member turns up to a paid class and somebody comped them in, and nobody can say who or why. Every court and class series your team gives away is now recorded as it happens, on one page with who received it, who gave it, who approved it, and why. By building this directly into the platform, clubs and players save time and get a more reliable experience — no workarounds, no third-party tools, no spreadsheets.
