Family Members: Self-Serve Family Roster

A family membership owner can now add and manage the family members who book with them, from the web portal and the app, with fair-use guardrails and no staff involvement. This update is designed for clubs and players who want a better the platform experience — less manual work, more control, and a smoother workflow.

What's Included

Add an adult by email: an existing account is emailed to approve joining; a new email gets an account plus a set-password link, so nobody is added without consent

Add a child from the kids already set up, using the parental consent you already collect

Everyone lands on the same roster your booking rules read, so who can book follows your family booking mode (primary only, adults only, or everyone)

Fair-use guardrails prevent seat-sharing abuse: a seat holds before it can be removed, yearly changes are capped, and a just-removed person cannot immediately jump to another family

Removing someone frees their spot right away and never touches bookings they already made
