Every session listed is one the move will accept, and each row says upfront whether anything is left to collect.

What they paid travels as club credit and is spent on the new seat; a dearer session leaves a balance you take at the desk.

One email saying they have been moved, naming both sessions, instead of a cancellation followed by a registration.

Refuses rather than guessing on a balance owed, a part refund, a cash payment, a series, a league or tournament seat, or a cheaper session.
